The day-to-day management of the Organization is led by a Director supported by an Operations Director and a Finance & Administration Manager.

Senior Management
Experts
Nothing would be achieved without the persistent commitment of extraordinary people. NDF achieves its goals through its modest and yet dynamic team headed by a Director and assisted by the Operations Director. NDF’s Finance and Administration Department provides expertise on finance, accounting and administrative support to the team.
Mustapha Seidu
DIRECTOR
Mr. Seidu has a Master’s degree in Environmental Security from the United Nations mandated University of Peace in Costa Rica and Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management from KNUST. He also holds LLB from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and BL from the Ghana School of Law. He has more than 10 years’ experience in Environmental Management and Sustainability and has received several relevant training from Ghana and internationally in various environmental and sustainability issues including climate change. Mr. Seidu was the Programme Coordinator of World Wide Fund for Nature in Ghana until it transitioned to Nature and Development Foundation where he currently is the Director. He is well traveled, having studied in and visited more than 20 countries.
Glen Asomaning
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Asomaning is a PhD. candidate for Silviculture and Forest Management currently researching on the interaction between cocoa and shade trees.He has a Master’s degree in Agroforestry and He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management. He has more than 15 years’ experience in Environmental Management and has undergone special training in different aspects of environmental management both locally and internationally. He has deep seated knowledge in climate issues both locally and globally. Before joining WWF in 2008, Mr. Asomaning worked for the government of Ghana at the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources where he supervised the establishment of plantations. He worked for WWF West Africa Forest Programme Office for six years while in Ghana until it transitioned into Nature and Development Foundation where he currently works as the Operations Director. He has implemented projects in Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire and Liberia and has engaged in work related travels to more than 10 other countries.
Emmanuel K. Nasangma
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Mr. Emmanuel Kwasi Nasangma is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA), has Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and also Master of Business Administration (MBA-finance). He has several years of experience in Finance and Accounting and Grant management. He has undergone special training in different aspects of projects financial management. He worked for WWF West Africa Forest Programme Office while in Ghana until it transitioned into Nature and Development Foundation where he currently works as the Finance Manager. He has considerable experience working in a number sectors of the economy, both government and non-governmental including health and hospitality, transport and haulage, micro finance.
Margaret Appiah
SENIOR PROJECTS MANAGER
Ms. Margaret Appiah is the Senior Projects Manager for Nature and Development Foundation (NDF). She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability and Management and a BSc. in Forest Resource Technology. She has a great deal of experience, which she acquired through her work with the Forestry Commission, World Wide Fund for Nature and Nature & Development Foundation (NDF). Ms. Appiah is an anchor at Nature and Development Foundation.
Abena Woode
CAPACITY BUILDING EXPERT
Miss Abena Woode is the Capacity Building Officer with enormous experience in forest conservation and community engagement. She is working on the EU funded project on building the capacity of non-state actors to improve FLEGT and REDD+ processes in West Africa. Miss Woode holds MSc in Environmental Science, BSc in Forest Resources Technology. She also has certificates in PMP,Strategic Communication and Gender mainstreaming. Miss Woode has several years experiences in Community Mobilization, Engagement and Sensitization,Project Management and Capacity Building.
ABUDU IMURANA ISHMAEL
FINANCE & ACCOUNT OFFICER
Mr. Abudu Imurana has a master’s degree in financial management and Bsc. In Banking and finance. He has several years experience in finance, accounting and administration. He is a team player and skilled in managing concurrent initiatives with the ability to meet business challenging demands. He has worked as a financial management consultant for several organizations in the private sector. He currently works for Nature and Development foundation as accounts officer providing timely, accurate and detailed accounting information to stakeholders and work colleagues for organisation growth.
Kingsley Twumasi
SENIOR PROJECTS OFFICER
Mr. Kingsley Twumasi is the Senior Projects Officer for Nature and Development Foundation (NDF). He holds a BSc. in Natural Resource Management and majored in Silvicultural and Forest Management. He is very hardworking and a key team player to achieve a common goal. He has experience from the Ghana Wildlife Society (GWS) and Farmer line International. He currently works as the Senior Projects Officer and the GIS expert for Nature and Development Foundation (NDF).
Yvonne Yemoh

Yvonne works as a project officer for Nature and Development Foundation. She has extensive knowledge in forestry and environmental governance complemented with proficiency in proposal writing and reporting. She received a BSc. Degree in Forest Resources Technology from KNUST with focus in collaborative natural resource management and currently undertaking a masters degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Governance. She has an appreciation for nature with a strong desire to improve rural livelihood.
Amoah Wereko Reuben

Mr. Amoah Wereko Reuben is a field officer for Nature and Development Foundation (NDF). He holds a B.Ed. in Agricultural science and majored in General Agriculture. He is very meticulous and a team player in attaining common goals. He has considerable experience working with farmers and community engagement while working with Federated commodities Limited as supervisor and field trainer. He currently works as field officer for Nature and Development foundation. He is currently leading a project implemented to build resilience through climate smart cocoa.
Apaliya Cephas

Mr. Apaliya Cephas is a field officer for Nature and Development Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in social science education with a major in Economics. He has at least five (5) years of working experience in the development sector with a lot of skills from different areas. He worked with MoFA, the GIZ-MOAP Project, and the WEE-NORTH Ghana Project before he joined NDF as a project field officer.
Dynna Gorham Marfo
PROJECT OFFICER
Dynna Gorham Marfo is Projects Officer for NDF’s Sankofa project. She has a Bsc. degree in Forest Resources Technology from KNUST. She possess a strong commitment to ecological sanity and environmental discourse. Her previous work experience was with the Environmental Protection Agency where she worked as a programs officer.

I am Obed Yaoseh, a visual communicator and tech enthusiast with a proven ability to craft impactful narratives through a variety of visual mediums. I have expertise in digital marketing and communication strategies, and I ensure my work delivers strong results for social good. I love farming and am also passionate about climate action and environmental sustainability.
Emmanuel Agbodza
CHIEF DRIVER
Mr. Emmanuel Agbodza, is a motivated and professional driver with over twenty-five (25) years of both local and international driving experience. Mr. Agbodza before joining NDF, worked with organizations such as the Ghana Wildlife Society (GWS), World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) where he was responsible for driving to different countries within West Africa. Mr. Agbodza had his education at Evangelical Presbyterian School in Dzolo Gbogame where he attained his Middle School Certificate (MSLC). He has great skills in driving long distances at ease in a very careful and confident manner. He can speak four different languages which are; English, French, Twi and Ewe.
